ASA 5/8-Inch Pitot Tube Cover – ASA-PTC-58

Protect a compatible pitot tube between flights with the ASA 5/8-inch pitot tube cover, part number ASA-PTC-58. The cover helps keep dirt and insects out while the aircraft is parked, and its bright red 2-inch by 17-inch Remove Before Flight streamer provides a visible walkaround reminder.

For aircraft owners, flying clubs and flight schools, checking the installed pitot tube is the important first step. Confirm its dimensions and configuration against the cover manufacturer's fit guidance before ordering. An aircraft model name alone does not establish compatibility.

Remove the cover before flight and follow the aircraft manufacturer's pre-flight procedures. Follow the applicable instructions for heated pitot equipment and confirm that the tube is cool before fitting a cover.
